These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Winzoria Casino, accessible at winzorria.nl. Winzoria reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Opening an Account

To register, visit winzorria.nl and complete the registration process, which includes providing your email address, creating a password, and supplying your full name, date of birth, and residential address. You must also select your preferred account currency and confirm that you are 18 or over and agree to these Terms. A verification link will be sent to the email address you provide; your Account will not be fully activated until that email address is verified.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration and keep that information updated throughout the life of your Account. Winzoria is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account at winzorria.nl. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, household, device, or IP address — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds therein will be voided, and any real-money winnings derived from bonus play across those accounts may be forfeited.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not authorised. 6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit is €20 per transaction. All deposit methods listed above are available for real-money play. Deposits made by credit or debit card, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency must originate from an account or wallet held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Cryptocurrency deposits are processed in the equivalent euro value at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. 6.3 Failed or Declined Deposits

If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, please contact your bank or e-wallet provider in the first instance. Winzoria accepts no liability for charges or fees imposed by your payment provider in connection with failed transactions.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is €20. Withdrawals are processed by Winzoria within up to one hour of the request being approved, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same method used to make the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Cryptocurrency withdrawal values are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Network fees associated with blockchain transactions may be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Winzoria reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our risk-management thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and processing times may be extended accordingly.

7.3 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Where a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds or wagering requirements remain active on your Account, you may be required to either forfeit those Bonus Funds or complete the applicable wagering requirements before the withdrawal is processed. 7.4 Unclaimed Balances

If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for an extended period, Winzoria may, in accordance with applicable law, apply an account-maintenance process and, where legally required, transfer dormant balances to the appropriate regulatory authority. We will notify you at your registered email address before any such action is taken.

8. Currencies

Winzoria operates primarily in Euro (€). You will select your account currency at the point of registration. All bonus values, deposit limits, and withdrawal limits quoted in these Terms are stated in Euro. If you deposit or withdraw using cryptocurrency, the equivalent Euro value at the time of transaction will be applied to your account balance.

Each deposit tier must be claimed in sequential order; a tier that is not claimed on the relevant deposit cannot be retroactively applied. 9.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Only one welcome bonus tier may be active at a time. Claiming a tier whilst a previous tier's wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
  • Bonuses are for personal use only. Any suspected abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to Account closure.

10. Games and Sportsbook

10.1 Games

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 20. Severability
